Where are you based?
We are based in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. 

What's your mode of payment? 
We accept payments by online transfer through BPI, BDO, Gcash & Cash on Delivery.

Where can I send my proof of payment?

Can you ship my order?
Yes, we ship nationwide!

Do you have same day deliveries?
Upon request, same day delivery is only available for Bacolod residents. 


Courier & Rates

  • J&T Express - ₱120 Standard shipping rate nationwide 

Items are usually shipped 2-4 days after placing an order. 

Estimated time of arrival of my package?
J&T Express: 4-10 days 

How can I track my package?
An email/sms will be sent with your tracking number right after your items have been shipped. 

Please note that @wearkalina will not be held liable for any lost parcels by the shipping company.

I’m from Bacolod, can I have my item delivered or can I pick it up?
All deliveries are via Maxim or Grab (fee shouldered by the buyer) while pickup details are to be discussed via private message.

Do you accept reservations?
As of the moment, we do not accept reservations.

Return & Exchange Policy and Refunds

We accept exchange of sizes within 2 days of receiving the items. (Important: only if the preferred size is available onhand. Pre-order items cannot be exchanged) 

Items exchanged must be in the same condition, with tags and only worn for fitting. (Free from make-up stains, etc) Buyer is to shoulder all shipping costs. 

We however do not accept any refunds. Refunds are considered only for damaged and flawed pieces. Replacement pieces can be provided. Kindly send us a message on our Instagram account for further details. 

We highly discourage cancellations of fulfilled orders. Fraudulent buyers may be not be allowed from placing an order with us in the future.
